Dancin’ with My Friends, Chemung ARC’s annual signature fundraiser. This integrated dance event happens the first Saturday of May and features a live band,
catered delicacies, cash bar, door prizes, gift raffles, silent auction, 50/50 raffle, and so much more. Each year the planning committee selects a theme for
the event. In the past, we have hosted a 50’s sock hop, South of the Border fiesta and a Western Round Up hoe-down. In 2010 we featured "Feelin' Groovy" with
a 60's theme.
Monies raised for this event are dedicated to the Chemung ARC Fund and are used solely to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in Chemung County for emergency and special needs requests. Join us the 1st Saturday in May each year and take part in a guaranteed fun-filled and entertaining evening. This year's event took place on Saturday, May 1st at the American Legion in Horseheads featuring special entertainment by RADIO NATION BAND from Rochester and catering by Hill Top Inn. Tickets are $30 per person for General admission and are available at the agency's main office or at the door.
