ALPINE PLACE, Big Flats

- 5 bedroom, 1 respite bed residential home for individuals with slight behavioral support needs.
- 13 staff members, a supervisor and a residential manager.
- Wonderful deck with a new awning, a gas grill and big back yard.
- 6 individual bedrooms, modern kitchen, dining area, large living room, and a very large rec room in the basement.
- 3 bathrooms, 2 pantries and a laundry room.
Respite
- Offering waiver-enrolled respite that consists of a one-bed 24-hour service.
- Target audience is men from age 13 on up to seniors.
- The respite program provides community inclusion by allowing our visitors the chance to engage in the possibility of various activities including bowling, taking a trip to the mall, and any other excursion the house has planned during our company’s stay.
- The service enables each respite visitor to enjoy a home-like setting, in which his stay can be up to 10 consecutive days and a total of 42 days per calendar year.
- Alpine Place also provides hourly respite services for family members wishing to take some needed time.
